Home-buying is generally an anxiety-ridden process with a rollercoaster of emotions. Alex made it fun for me and helped me maintain my sanity. His positive outlook and can-do attitude made the whole process that much better. Alex did a great job marketing my home and getting it sold. He went way above and beyond what I expected a real estate agent of doing to make the deal go through. Because we have moved out of state he replaced out dated smoke detectors, help with putting mulch around plants, took some things to the dumps, and helped load and remove things like stall mats the buyer wanted remove before the close of escrow. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their property.
